摘　　要：在中国式现代化背景下,物流行业作为国民经济的重要支柱,其转型升级不仅对物流专业人才提出了更高要求,也对物流专业人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。文章结合中国式现代化对物流高质量人才的具体要求,深入分析了当前我国高校物流专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,揭示了课程设置、实践教学和师资力量等方面的不足,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进对策,包括优化课程体系设计、创新教学方法与模式、强化实践教学与产教融合、构建多维教学评价体系,以及提升教师队伍素质等,以期系统提升物流专业人才的综合能力、实践技能和社会责任意识,打造满足中国式现代化需求的高质量物流人才队伍,为推动中国物流行业的可持续发展及中国式现代化目标的实现提供强有力的人才支撑与智力支持。In the context of Chinese-style modernization,the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry,which is a crucial pillar of the national economy,puts forward higher demands for logistics professionals,and poses new challenges to the model oflogistics talent cultivation.This paper examines the specific requirements for high-quality logistics talents in line with Chinesestyle modernization,provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing issues in the cultivation oflogistics professionals in Chinese universities,and highlights deficiencies in curriculum design,practical teaching,and teacher qualities.Based on this analysis,it proposes targeted improvement strategies,such as optimizing the design of curriculum systems,innovating teaching methods and models,strengthening practical teaching and industry-education integration,establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,and enhancing the quality of the teaching staff.The aim of this research is to systematically improve the comprehensive abilities,practical skills,and social responsibility awareness oflogistics professionals,thereby fostering a high-quality logistics talent pool that meets the needs of Chinese-style modernization,and providing strong talent support and intellectual contributions to the sustainable development of China's logistics industry and the realization of the goal of Chinese-style modernization.
