摘　　要：斗争精神作为马克思主义政党鲜明的政治品格,孕育生成于争取人类自身解放的伟大斗争实践中。中国共产党人善于从历史中汲取斗争经验,以明确斗争方向、活用斗争策略,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强大的精神力量。新时代的共产党人着眼于解决大党独有难题的时代之问,亟须领导干部发扬斗争精神、提升斗争本领。文章从理论层面阐释了新时代斗争精神的内在生成逻辑与基本原则,从实践层面提出领导干部继承发扬斗争精神的实践路径,旨在增强领导干部的历史自信与担当,依靠顽强斗争应对改革发展中的新挑战,以党的自我革命引领中国式现代化建设事业开创新局面。The struggle spirit,as a distinct political character of Marxist political parties,is nurtured and generated in the great struggle practice aimed at liberating humanity itself.Chinese Communists are adept at drawing struggle experience from history to clarify the direction of struggle,stand firm on the position of struggle,and skillfully employ struggle strategies,providing a powerful spiritual force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,the Communist Party members,focusing on addressing the unique challenges faced by large parties,urgently need leading cadres to carry forward the spirit of struggle and enhance their struggle capabilities.This paper explains the internal generation logic and basic principles of the struggle spirit of leading cadres from a theoretical perspective and proposes practical paths for leading cadres to inherit and carry forward the spirit of struggle from a practical perspective.The aim is to enhance the historical initiative and confidence of leading cadres,open up new horizons for the development of the cause through tenacious struggle,and lead the cause of Chinese-style modernization with the self-revolution of the Party.
