摘  要:聚焦新时代职业高校物流专业教师教学创新团队建设,通过对职业教育背景与现状的分析,对团队建设中存在的实际问题,探讨研究目标及路径,提出研究对策和取得成效,阐述了系统性规划和统筹推进来实现教学质量的全面提升,并提出了利用人工智能和新兴科技在团队管理和教学应用中全流程融合将极大推动职业教育数字化转型的速度,在提升教师教学创新团队能力和教学质量方面提供参考与借鉴价值。The paper focused on the research of constructing innovative teaching teams for logistics majors in vocational colleges in the new era.Through examining the background and current situation of vocational education,the paper identified practical challenges in team development and explored research goals and methodologies to propose?solutions and anticipated outcomes.The research expounded on how to comprehensively improve teaching quality by systematic planning and coordinated advancement.Additionally,the paper highlighted that utilizing artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in the full-process integration of team management and teaching applications might greatly promote the digital transformation of vocational education.The results provided valuable references and insights for improving the capabilities of innovative teaching teams and teaching quality.
