摘　　要：本文探讨了藏族格言诗的历史文化内涵、人文和社会价值及其英译策略,指出汉族传统文化与藏族传统文化自古有着互融、互识、互补作用。牢固的文化纽带将有助于加速建设以和谐文化为基础的和谐社会,并通过分析藏族格言诗的英译策略,探讨和总结出其相对应的翻译技巧。This thesis penetrates the historical and cultural connotation of Tibetan Gnomic Verses and comments on their important features and significance in terms of humanistic, social values and the English translation strategies in a convincing way with the conclusion that traditional Tibetan culture and Han traditional culture have been mutually inclusive, intertwining and complementary, which will help quicken the construction of a harmonious society based on inter-cultural harmony of ethnical groups in China. Here, by analyzing the English translation strategies of Tibetan Gnomic Verses to discuss and conclude their translation techniques.
