埃及高校本土中文教师职业发展模式研究

摘　　要：文章以埃及高校本土中文教师为研究对象,以建构型扎根理论为研究方法,通过半结构式访谈法,访谈不同职级的本土中文教师,考察其职业发展过程,归纳出埃及高校本土中文教师职业发展模式。研究发现,在个人环境、组织环境与社会文化环境的包围与影响下,埃及高校本土中文教师运用必要的教学能力、学研能力、反思能力与职业生涯规划能力,实现自己的职业生涯发展。This study explores the career development process of local Chinese language teachers in Egyptian universities.Using the constructivist grounded theory as a guiding framework and semi-structured interviews,this study interviewed fifteen local Chinese language teachers with different titles(i.e.,teaching assistant,associate lecturer,lecturer,associate professor,professor)in Egyptian universities and summarized their models of career development.Results show that surrounded and influenced by personal,organizational and socio-cultural environments,local Chinese language teachers in Egyptian universities has used necessary skills to achieve their professional development,such as teaching skills,research capabilities,reflective abilities and abilities of occupational planning.
