摘  要:网络社交“圈层化”现象给高职院校的思想政治教育工作带来了困境与挑战。通过对广州铁路职业技术学院、广州幼儿师范高等专科学校和广州城市职业学院三所高职院校的6 2 2名在校生展开调查,剖析并总结出Z世代高职学生在“圈层化”现象的作用下,呈现出以兴趣驱动、虚实结合、圈层传播和情感陪伴为特性的网络社交偏好及行为特征。为此,提出要从融入圈层、构建和谐平等的师生话语体系,圈圈合一、解构圈层内外部信息藩篱,再造圈层、创新工作思路赢得话语传播等角度把握思想政治教育主动权,引领Z世代高职学生健康成长。The phenomenon of“circle-ization”in social networking has brought difficulties and challenges to ideological and political education in vocational colleges.Through a survey of 622 students from three vocational colleges-Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic,Guangzhou Preschool Education College and Guangzhou City Polytechnic-this study analyzes and summarizes how Generation Z vocational students,under the influence of“circle-ization”,display social networking media preferences and behavioral characteristics driven by interests,combining virtual and real worlds,circle-based communication,and emotional companionship.In response,the paper proposes approaches to maintain initiative in ideological and political education by integrating into these circles to build harmonious and equal teacher-student discourse systems;unifying circles to break down information barriers between inner and outer circles;and recreating circles to innovate working methods for effective discourse transmission,ultimately guiding the healthy development of Generation Z vocational students.
