摘  要:红色资源作为中国共产党百年奋斗的精神财富,对思政教育具有深厚价值。积极心理学关注个体潜能、勇气和美德,为高校思政教育提供新支撑。通过阐述积极心理学的内涵、理论体系及其对高校红色资源育人的价值,提出了融入思政课程、运用网络平台、拓展社会实践和融合心理教育等路径,实现思想政治教育和心理健康教育的双重目标,为高校在新时代背景下运用红色资源育人提供实践指导,为积极心理学在思想政治教育创新应用提供理论支撑。Red resources,as the spiritual wealth accumulated through the centurylong struggle of the Communist Party of China,hold profound value for ideological and political education.Positive psychology,focusing on individual potential,courage,and virtues,provides new support for ideological and political education in higher education institutions.Through explaining the connotation and theoretical system of positive psychology and its value in red resources-based education in universities,this paper proposes pathways including integration into ideological and political courses,utilization of online platforms,expansion of social practice,and incorporation of psychological education.These approaches aim to achieve the dual objectives of ideological-political education and mental health education,provide practical guidance for universities to utilize red resources in education in the new era,and offer theoretical support for innovative applications of positive psychology in ideological and political education.
