摘  要:以界定的教育家型职教教师理论内涵为缘起,应用演绎推理方法进行研究,所得结论如下:其职业属性是教师,类型属性是职教,层次属性是领军人才;具有教育家精神特质和思想境界,教成一派、研成一体、技臻化境;并在教育强国战略实施、职业教育质量提升和以技报国示范等方面具有鲜明的价值追求。其培育工作应坚持“两手抓”,一手抓“内在专业自觉”,一手抓“外在培育激励”,系统培育德业双馨、知能兼备、艺道同进的教育家型职教教师。Starting from the defined theoretical connotation of educator-type vocational teachers,this study employs deductive reasoning methods and reaches the following conclusions:Their professional attribute is that of a teacher,their type attribute is vocational education,and their level attribute is that of leading talent.They possess the spiritual characteristics and intellectual realm of educators,establishing their own school of teaching,forming an integrated research system,and achieving mastery in technical skills.They demonstrate distinct value pursuits in implementing the strategy of building a strong education nation,improving vocational education quality,and serving the country through technical expertise.Their cultivation should adopt a two-pronged approach:focusing on“internal professional consciousness”while simultaneously implementing“internal professional consciousness”,systematically cultivating educator-type vocational teachers who excel in both moral character and professional competence,possess both knowledge and ability,and advance in both artistry and pedagogy.
