摘 要:产业学院作为我国高职教育应对区域经济竞争和产业转型升级的重要实践,为区域经济发展提供了新动能。在产业驱动逻辑和教育驱动逻辑的双重驱动下,产业学院在价值层面呈现出驱动产业持续进步与转型升级的核心引擎特征,在实践层面呈现出多方主体协作性、产业需求导向性的典型特征。广州铁路职业技术学院将产业学院作为提升办学水平、增强服务地方经济能力的重要抓手,在深化产教融合机制、强化师资队伍建设、优化专业布局设置、创新运行管理模式等方面持续发力,充分发挥了产业学院在推动区域经济高质量发展中的重要作用,形成可借鉴的产业学院建设的实践路径。Industrial colleges,as a significant practice in China’s higher vocational education responding to regional economic competition and industrial transformation,provide new momentum for regional economic development.Driven by both industrial and educational logic,industrial colleges demonstrate characteristics of being core engines driving continuous industrial progress and transformation at the value level,while exhibiting typical features of multistakeholder collaboration and industry demand orientation at the practical level.Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic has positioned its industrial college as a key instrument for enhancing educational quality and strengthening its capacity to serve the local economy.Through continuous efforts in deepening industry-education integration mechanisms,strengthening faculty development,optimizing professional program structure,and innovating operational management models,it has fully leveraged the important role of industrial colleges in promoting high-quality regional economic development,forming replicable practical paths for industrial college construction.
