摘 要:目的为了提高临床药物治疗学的教学水平,探究以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)结合情景模拟案例导入式教学模式在临床药物治疗学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2—7月下学期2020级药学专业共计200名学生,分为对照组和实验组,各100名,对照组采用传统教学模式授课,实验组采用PBL结合情景模拟案例导入式教学法。通过比较两组学生的问卷调查和授课后的考试成绩,从多方面评价教学改革效果。结果教学方法改革后,实验组学生的期末考试成绩高于对照组同学,特别是案例分析题得分率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,实验组学生对课程改革的认可度和总满意度也均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PBL结合情景模拟案例式教学方法的改革可提高学生学习的积极性和综合实践能力,有利于提高教学效果。Objective In order to improve the teaching level of clinical pharmacotherapeutics,explore the application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with scenario simulation and case-based teaching mode in clinical pharmacotherapeutics teaching.Methods The 2020 pharmacy students in the second semester from February to July 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group.By comparing the questionnaire survey and the test results after teaching between the two groups of students,the effect of teaching reform was evaluated from various aspects.Results After the reform of teaching methods,the final examination scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,especially the scoring rate of case analysis questions was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the recognition and total satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were also higher than those of the students in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of the case-based teaching method based on PBL combined with scenario simulation can improve students’enthusiasm for learning and comprehensive practical ability,which is conducive to improving the teaching effect.
