摘  要:针对传统送纱器中输纱电机机械传感器在高温恶劣环境下易失效及纱线张力波动较大等问题,提出了一种新型的纱线张力控制系统。首先,选用扩展卡尔曼滤波(Extended Kalman Filter,EKF)无感算法对输纱电机转子的角度和速度进行预测;其次,运用变论域思想对传统模糊PID(Proportional Integral Derivative)控制算法进行优化,实现对纱线张力的精确控制;最后,通过搭建纱线张力控制实验平台进行系统验证。实验结果显示,在目标张力值为100 cN时,采用优化后的张力控制策略,纱线张力值方差降低至9.56cN^(2),稳定性提升了16.1百分点。这表明,所提出的纱线张力控制系统有效提升了纱线张力的稳定性。Aiming at the problems of the mechanical sensor of the yarn feeding motor in the traditional yarn feeder being prone to failure in high-temperature and harsh environments and the large fluctuation of yarn tension,a new yarn tension control system is proposed.Firstly,the angle and speed of the yarn feeding motor rotor are predicted using the sensorless Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)algorithm.Secondly,the traditional fuzzy Proportional Integral Derivative(PID)control algorithm is optimized by applying the variable universe strategy to achieve precise control of yarn tension.Finally,the system is verified by building a yarn tension control experimental platform.The experimental results show that when the target tension value is 100 cN,the variance of the yarn tension value is reduced to 9.56 cN^(2)after adopting the optimized tension control strategy,and the tension stability is improved by 16.1 percentage points.The experimental results indicate that the proposed yarn tension control system effectively enhances the stability of yarn tension.
