摘　　要：随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对身体健康越来越重视。冰雪运动作为一种新兴的体育运动,它不仅可以强身健体,还能丰富学生的课余生活。在高校体育教学中,冰雪运动技能教学对学生身心发展具有重要意义。该文主要介绍了冰雪运动技能的内涵及特点,分析了冰雪运动技能在高校体育教学中的重要作用,并从课程设置、师资建设、教学内容、评价方式等方面,对如何培养高校体育教学中的冰雪运动技能提出了建议。With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to their health.As a new sports sport,ice and snow sports can not only strengthen the body,but also enrich students'extracurricular life.In college physical education teaching,the teaching of ice and snow sports skills is of great significance to students'physical and mental development.This paper mainly introduces the connotation and characteristics of snow and snow sports skills,analyzes the important role of snow and snow sports skills in college physical education teaching,and puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate snow and ice sports skills in college physical education from the aspects of curriculum setting,teacher construction,teaching content and evaluation methods.
