摘　　要：随着社会对素质教育的重视程度日益提升,普通高中的体育教育也面临着新的挑战和机遇。传统的体育教学模式往往过于单一,难以全面培养学生的身体素质、心理素质和社会适应能力。近年来,“学、练、赛、评”四位一体的体育教学模式应运而生,旨在通过系统的学习、科学的训练、多样的比赛和客观的评价,全面提升学生的综合素质。该文主要围绕“学、练、赛、评”模式在高中体育教学中的应用展开研究,并提出了具体的教学策略,以期提升高中生的综合素质。With the increasing social attention to comprehensive quality education,physical education in senior high schools is also facing new challenges and opportunities.Traditional physical education teaching mode is often too simple,it is difficult to fully cultivate students'physical quality,psychological quality and social adaptability.In recent years,the"learning,practice,competition,evaluation"four-in-one physical education teaching mode came into being,aiming at improving students'comprehensive quality through systematic learning,scientific training,various competitions and objective evaluation.This paper mainly focuses on the application of"learning,practice,competition and evaluation"mode in high school physical education,and puts forward specific teaching strategies in order to improve the comprehensive quality of high school students.
