摘　　要：随着工程造价领域的不断发展,对人才的综合素质要求越来越高,而体育教学资源的开发在工程造价人才培养中具有重要作用,有利于促进综合素质提升,增强团队协作能力,以及提高心理素质和抗压能力。然而,在实际运用过程中,存在教学内容与专业结合不紧密、师资力量不足、学生参与度不高等问题。为此,需要加强专业与体育教学的融合,提升教师的专业素质,并通过多种方式提高学生的参与积极性,以实现体育教学资源在工程造价人才培养中的最大价值。With the continuous development of the field of engineering cost,the requirements for the comprehensive quality of talents are getting higher and higher,and the development of physical education teaching resources plays an important role in the training of engineering cost talents,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of comprehensive quality,enhancing team cooperation ability,and improving psychological quality and anti-pressure ability.However,in the actual application process,there are some problems such as the lack of combination of teaching content and major,the lack of teachers and the low participation of students.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of majors and physical education,enhance the professional quality of teachers,and improve the participation enthusiasm of students through various ways,so as to realize the maximum value of physical education teaching resources in the training of engineering cost talents.
