摘  要:啦啦操作为有氧运动项目,对学生的身心健康均具有积极的影响。啦啦操的积极作用不仅表现在对学生身体健康的促进上,还体现在对学生学习情绪的积极影响。中职学生在学习过程中难免受到学习压力、情绪智力等方面的影响,而开展啦啦操的学习与训练能够让学生产生愉悦、积极的情绪,帮助学生达到更好的学习状态。该文针对啦啦操对学生学习情绪的影响进行分析,了解学生学习情绪与行为之间的影响机制,调动学生情绪的积极因素,更好地激发学生正向的情绪能力,助力中职学生实现健康成长。Cheerleading is an aerobic exercise that has a positive impact on student's physical and mental health.The positive effect of cheerleading is not only reflected in the promotion of student's physical health,but also in the positive impact on student's learning emotions.In the process of learning,secondary vocational students are inevitably affected by learning pressure,emotional intelligence,and the learning and training of cheer leading can make students have happy and positive emotions and help students achieve better learning status and learning results.This paper analyzes the impact of cheer leading on student's learning emotions,understands the influence mechanism between student's learning emotions and behaviors,mobilizes the positive factors of student's emotions,better stimulates student's positive emotional abilities,and helps secondary vocational students achieve healthy growth.
