基于职业需求导向的高职体育与健康课程教学模式构建的研究

摘　　要：体育作为教育体系的重要组成部分,对于培养全面发展的高素质人才具有重要意义。我国高职教育进入快速发展阶段,办学规模已占整个高等教育规模的近一半。然而,当前高职体育与健康课程存在课程目标定位模糊、课程内容设置单一、教学方式方法创新不足等一系列问题,凸显了当前高职体育与健康课程教学模式的不足,因此,构建基于职业需求导向的高职体育与健康课程教学模式显得尤为迫切。对此,该文从职业需求视角对高职体育与健康课程教学现状进行分析,进而提出高职体育与健康课程教学模式构建的基本原则、构建思路和实施路径,并结合教学经验总结了相关实践应用,以期为高职体育与健康课程的发展提供新的思路。As an important part of education system,physical education is of great significance to cultivate all-round development of high-quality talents.China's higher vocational education has entered a stage of rapid development,and the scale of running schools has accounted for nearly half of the whole higher education scale.However,there are some problems in the current physical education and health curriculum in higher vocational colleges,such as the vague orientation of curriculum objectives,the singleness of curriculum content,Lack of innovative ways of teaching,imperfect system of evaluation and other issues,highlights the current higher vocational physical education and fitness teaching model is inadequate,therefore,the construction of vocational demand-oriented higher vocational physical education and fitness teaching model is particularly urgent.In this regard,this article from the perspective of professional demand for vocational sports health curriculum teaching status analysis,Then put forward the basic principles,construction ideas and implementation path of higher vocational physical education and health curriculum teaching mode construction,combined with teaching experience,summed up the relevant practical application,in order to provide new ideas for the development of higher vocational physical education and health curriculum.
