摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,传统的体育教学模式正面临着重大的变革。在当前的教育环境下,体育教学不仅要注重学生的身体锻炼和体育技能的掌握,更要关注学生的心理健康和全面发展,特别是在小学阶段,学生的身心发展处于关键时期,如何有效地将体育教学与心理健康教育相结合,促进学生身心健康的全面发展,成为当前教育领域亟待解决的问题。基于此,该文立足于小学体育教学,对“学、练、赛”一体化教学模式的运用进行探究,旨在为相关人员的工作提供参考。With the deepening and development of education reform,the traditional physical education teaching mode is facing a great change.In the current education environment,physical education should not only pay attention to the students'physical exercise and physical skills,more attention to the students'mental health and comprehensive development,especially in primary school,students'physical and mental development in a critical period,how to effectively combine physical education and mental health education,promote the all-round development of students'physical and mental health,become the problems to be solved in the current education field.Based on this,this paper is based on primary school physical education teaching,exploring the application of"learning,training,competition"integrated teaching mode,aiming to provide reference for the work of the relevant personnel.
