摘 要:【目的】将古老的折纸艺术与现代机构学相结合所诞生的折纸机构被广泛应用于空间结构领域,其独特的可展性、便捷性、轻量化和小型化一直以来都是研究的热点方向。提出一种基于球面4R连杆机构的一系列三维可折叠结构设计,并将其进行了汇总和分析。【方法】首先,以传统的球面4R连杆机构为基础,提取其拓扑结构,再按照平面折叠规律对山折和谷折进行分配,找出满足结构的折叠模式;其次,将拓扑结构的叠加效果等效为折叠模式的叠加,进行汇总后得出一系列折纸模型;再次,以其中一种模型为算例进行设计,采用D-H法建立了折叠单元和叠加结构的运动学模型;最后,对折叠单元和叠加结构运动学方程进行了数值求解及分析。【结果】为可折叠结构的研究提供了重要研究思路和参考。[Objective] The origami mechanism born from combining the ancient art of paper folding with the modern mechanism is widely used in the field of space structure,and its unique spreadability,convenience,light weight and miniaturisation have been the hot direction of research.A series of three dimensional foldable structure designs based on the spherical 4R linkage was proposed.[Methods] Firstly,based on the traditional spherical 4R linkage,the topological structure was extracted,and then the mountain fold and valley fold were allocated according to the plane folding law to find the folding mode that met the structure.Secondly,the superposition effect of the topological structure was equivalent to the superposition of folding mode,and a series of folding paper models could be obtained after the aggregation.Then,one of the models was designed as an example,and the D-H parameters were used for kinematic modeling.Finally,the kinematics equation was numerically solved and analyzed.[Results] It provides important research ideas and reference for the study of foldable structures.
