困境与路径:AGIL模型视域下高职“一站式”学生社区高质量建设探析

摘　　要：基于AGIL模型审视高职“一站式”学生社区建设存在多重困境,表现为资源获取能力相对薄弱、目标定位尚不明晰、制度机制存在缺位文化建设等。鉴于此,在建设进程中需要整合社区建设资源,适应时代变革需求;明晰社区目标建设,增强主体建设合力;完善社区制度建设,打造特色管理模式;注重社区文化建设,提升社区维持能力。Based on the AGIL model,there are multiple challenges in the construction of “one-stop” student communities in higher vocational education,manifested as relatively weak resource acquisition capabilities,unclear target positioning,and a lack of institutional mechanisms for cultural construction.In view of this,it is necessary to integrate community construction resources and adapt to the changing needs of the times in the construction process;clarify community goals and enhance the synergy of main body construction;improve community system construction and create a distinctive management model;pay attention to the construction of community culture and enhance the ability of community maintenance.
