摘　　要：档案作为高职院校重要的信息资源,其管理面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。传统档案管理模式难以满足高职院校当下高效利用、安全存储及广泛共享的需求。大量数据的涌现,促使高职院校档案管理必须与时俱进,实现从理念到技术的全面革新。本文旨在探讨高职院校提升档案管理水平的策略,分析如何通过完善技术融合、优化管理流程、创新服务利用、加强人才队伍建设等举措提升档案管理水平,促进高职院校教育教学及各项事业的可持续发展。As an important information resource for higher vocational colleges,archives management iscurrently confronted with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The traditional archives managementmodel struggles to meet the current demands for efficient utilization,secure storage,and widespread sharing.The surge in data volume compels these institutions to modernize their archives management,achievingcomprehensive innovation from conceptual to technological aspects.This paper aims to explore strategies forenhancing archives management in higher vocational colleges,analyzing how to improve management standardsthrough measures including refining technological integration,optimizing management processes,innovating serviceutilization,and strengthening talent team development,so as to promote the sustainable development of educationalteaching and various undertakings in higher vocational colleges.
