摘　　要：共享型实训基地是响应国家号召、促进高校间人才交流、校企合作及提高资源利用率的有效途径。本文从建设方案和运营维护两个方面论证了共享型信息安全实训基地的建设及使用机制,为区域信息安全人才培养及产业发展提供有力支撑。The shared training base serves as an effective way to respond to the national initiatives,facilitate talent exchanges among colleges and universities,promote school-enterprise cooperation and enhance the utilization rate of resources.This paper demonstrates the construction and utilization mechanism of the shared information security training base from two aspects:the construction plan and operation and maintenance,providing a powerful support for the cultivation of regional information security talents and the development of the regional information security industry.
