摘　　要：针对高职院校学生特点及辅导员谈心谈话工作特殊性进行分析,从谈心谈话的深度及目标两个角度进行探讨,并以此为依据将谈心谈话模式分为家常式谈心谈话、情境式谈心谈话、沉浸式谈心谈话三种类型,分别从特点及策略两个方面对三种类型进行探究,以提高高职院校辅导员与学生谈心谈话的针对性与实效性。In view of the characteristics of higher vocational college students and the particularity of counselors' heart-to-heart talks,this paper analyzes the depth and goal of the heart-to-heart talk and categorizes it into three types:domestic talk,situational talk and immersive talk.The three types are explored in terms of characteristics and strategies respectively to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the heart-to-heart talk between counselors and students in higher vocational colleges.
