摘 要:岭南饮食文化是岭南人在饮食实践活动中展开的各种社会生活的总和,涵盖了与岭南饮食有关的物质文化和精神文化的成果。研究以中山为例,在梳理岭南饮食文化研究现状的基础上,分析了岭南饮食文化在中山餐饮业传承的现状,同时指出传承面临的困难和问题。然后阐述岭南饮食文化在中山餐饮业的创新现状及发展趋势,最后提出了岭南饮食文化可持续发展路径,旨在为政府、餐饮企业及相关机构提供科学决策依据,助力岭南饮食文化的传承与弘扬,推动地方经济发展与文化繁荣。Lingnan culinary culture is the aggregate of all aspects of social life that have been manifested through food practices by the Lingnan people.This concept encompasses the tangible and intangible cultural elements associated with Lingnan cuisine.This study uses Zhongshan as an example.Based on an overview of the current state of research on Lingnan culinary culture,the study analyzes the present situation of its inheritance within the catering industry in Zhongshan,highlighting the challenges and problems faced in the process.It then discusses the innovation trends and development of Lingnan culinary culture in Zhongshan's catering sector.Finally,the study proposes pathways for the sustainable development of Lingnan culinary culture,aiming to provide scientific decision-making references for government agencies,catering enterprises,and relevant organizations,and to help promote the inheritance and dissemination of Lingnan culinary culture and to contribute to local economic growth and cultural prosperity.
