摘  要:新文科建设中应重新审视高校旅游专业人才培养。文章结合新文科建设中高校旅游专业人才培养特点与要求,对照旅游专业人才培养现状加以分析,认为高校旅游专业人才培养存在轻视人文素养提升,师资力量不匹配,开放性不足等问题,应按照在教育理念上强调能力提升与人格养成统一,在师资建设中正视与克服自身困境与不足,立足现实增强专业教育开放性与创新意识等优化路径进行人才培养,以提升旅游专业人才培养质量。In the context of developing new liberal arts programs,a re-examination of the cultivation of tourism professionals in higher education institutions is imperative.The article starts from the characteristics and requirements of cultivating tourism talents in institutions of higher education in the construction of new liberal arts and analyzes the current situation of cultivating tourism talents.It finds that there are some problems,such as the neglect of the improvement of humanistic quality,the mismatch of teachers,the lack of openness,the weak sense of innovation,and so on.In order to improve the quality of tourism talent training,it is essential to prioritize the integration of ability improvement and personality development within the educational paradigm.This necessitates addressing limitations and deficiencies in the development of teachers,fostering an openness and innovation consciousness in professional education that is grounded in reality.
