摘　　要：探讨党建在促进中小学教师队伍建设与发展中的重要作用,明确学校党组织在引领教师队伍建设中的关键举措。学校应坚定政治方向,强化教育担当,提升队伍质量,提升教师思想政治素养、教育教学能力和专业水平。This paper discusses the important role of Party building in promoting the construction and development of primary and secondary school teachers' teams,and clarifies the key initiatives of school Party organizations in leading the construction of teachers' teams.The Party organization of schools should uphold the political direction,foster the educational responsibility,improve the quality of teams to improve teachers' ideological and political qualities,educational and teaching abilities and professional levels.
