摘　　要：成果导向教学强调从明确的学习成果出发,围绕社会需求、学生能力与实际成果三个维度进行课程和教学设计,这种教学模式对学生能力与素养的提升更具针对性。将其运用于中华人民共和国史实践教学,构建需求导向、能力导向、成果导向三维目标体系,可充分发挥实践教学丰富与辅助课堂教学的功能。Outcome-oriented teaching emphasizes that the curriculum and teaching are designed around the three dimensions of social needs,students' abilities and actual achievements from the perspective of clear learning outcomes.The teaching mode is more targeted in enhancing students' abilities and qualities.Applying it to the practical teaching of the history of the People's Republic of China,we can construct a three-dimensional objective oriented by needs,abilities and outcomes and give full play to the functions of the practical teaching to enrich and boost classroom teaching.
