摘 要:产教融合共同体建设作为现代职业教育体系建设改革的重点任务,是实现中国式职业教育现代化的必然要求。梳理新世纪以来国家关于产教融合共同体建设的政策演进,基于省域推进产教融合共同体建设的现状和困境,提出明确产教融合多元主体的权责,创建各得其所的“利益圈”,构建产教融合实体运行的机制,形成能进能出的“循环圈”,搭建产教融合协同育人的载体,筑牢交流合作的“平台圈”等优化策略。The establishment of industry-education integration communities represents a pivotal component in the ongoing reform of the contemporary vocational education system.This development is imperative for the modernization of vocational education within a Chinese context.This paper will examine the evolution of policy relating to the establishment of industry-education integration communities since the new millennium.The study puts forward several strategies to facilitate the establishment of industry-education integration communities at the provincial level,including the clarification of stakeholders'rights and responsibilities,the establishment of a"circle of benefits"to ensure mutual benefits for all parties,the creation of a mechanism for the operation of industryeducation integration entities,the formation of a"circle of circulation"to facilitate entry and exit,the development of a collaborative training platform for talents in industry-education integration,and the consolidation of a"circle of cooperation and exchange platform"..
