摘  要:就业质量是本科生培养质量的重要体现。通过对多名Z校本科就业生进行半结构式的深度访谈,运用扎根理论方法构建了Z校本科生培养质量影响因素模型。研究发现,个体能力要素和就业质量共同体现培养质量,其中就业质量与学生个体能力要素直接相关,个体能力要素受到学校、教师、学生三个层面的共同影响。提高人才培养质量需要学生加强学术训练、参与学工活动、进行社会实践;教师转变教学方式、重视培养通用能力;学校注重生涯规划、开展就业培训。The quality of employment is an important reflection of the quality of undergraduate education.A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with several employed undergraduate students from Z School,and a grounded theory method was used to construct a model of factors affecting the quality of undergraduate education at Z School.The research found that individual ability factors and employment quality jointly reflect the quality of cultivation,with employment quality directly related to students'individual ability factors,and individual ability factors jointly influenced by schools,teachers and students.To improve the quality of talent cultivation,students need to strengthen academic training,participate in academic activities,engage in social practice,teachers need to change their teaching methods,attach importance to the cultivation of general ability,schools need to focus on career planning,and conduct employment training.
