智能化时代高职院校教学改革的路径探析

摘  要:智能化时代是人工智能时代、物联网时代、智能制造时代,具有高科技化、高智能化、数字化、互联化等特征。这些决定了高职培养目标应从应用技术型人才转向数字化技能型人才,学生学习方式由理论实践并重向泛在学习与自主生成相结合转型,教学内容应从确定性的基础知识技能转向具有联结意义的建构性知识。应对这些要求,国外同类院校正加快专业的复合化改造,注重培养学生的数字素养,推进校企教学协同创新,利用信息技术变革教学方式。借鉴这些经验,当前我国高职应加大专业动态调整力度,建立分级分类的人才培养目标,打造产教融合育人共同体,大力推进数字化教学改革。The intelligent era is the era of artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and intelligent manufacturing,characterized by high-tech,high intelligence,digitization,and interconnection.These characteristics determine that the training goals of vocational colleges should shift from application-oriented technical talents to digital-skilloriented talents,and students'learning methods should transform from emphasizing both theory and practice to integrating ubiquitous learning with self-generated learning.Teaching content should also shift from deterministic basic knowledge and skills to constructive knowledge with connective meaning.To meet these requirements,foreign counterparts are accelerating the integration of their vocational curricula,focusing on cultivating students'digital literacy,promoting collaborative innovation in teaching between schools and enterprises,and using information technology to transform teaching methods.Based on these experiences,China's vocational colleges should intensify the dynamic adjustment of their vocational curricula,set hierarchical and categorized talent training goals,build an education community that integrates industry and education,and vigorously promote digital teaching reform.
