摘 要:中华慈善文明深植于本民族的“恤”“赈”“济”“义”“惠”等仁爱文化与重义的思想,在民间社群的劝善教育中孕育和传承,并展现出从“等差救济”到“一视同仁”,从“积德荫子”到“纯粹利他”,从“富人行善”到“匹夫有责”的演进轨迹。在民间社群的利益博弈中,中华慈善文明以独特的智慧达成正和博弈,为基层社会秩序的规范起到了重要作用。时至今日,中华慈善文明仍然具有重要社会功能:赋能思想政治教育,培育具有文化自信的“时代新人”;赋能教育公共服务,推进教育成果惠及全体人民;赋能全球治理,加快构建人类命运共同体,助推民族复兴、实现强国伟业。Chinese charitable civilization is rooted in the benevolent culture of the nation,manifest in“compassion”“relief”“righteousness”and“benefit”as well as in valuing righteousness.Inherent education of promoting good deeds in the folk community have evolved from advocating equal relief to equal treatment,from advocating virtue accumulation and children nurturing to pure altruism,and from fostering the rich doing good deeds to the individual being committed to duty.The interesting gameplay constructed in the folk community can achieve the result of a positive sum game,thus playing a major role in regulating grassroots social order.Today,the charitable civilization can help schools to carry out ideological and political education to cultivate new generations with cultural confidence,empower the development of public education services to promote the general public’s benefits of educational achievements,contribute to global governance to accelerate the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,and ultimately,advance the realization of national rejuvenation and the great cause of building a strong country.
