摘 要:美国作为社会情感能力研究和实践的先驱,较早地关注了教师社会情感能力的培育和发展。这一举措旨在应对美国因青少年情感和行为问题所引发的社会危机,同时缓解教师离职、流失和由此造成的师资短缺问题。美国教师社会情感能力培育以学术、社会与情感学习协作组织提出的社会情感学习框架为基础,围绕教师的自我意识、自我管理、社会意识、关系技能、负责任的决策等五大核心要素展开,并依托课堂、学校、家庭、社区等四大支撑环境进行。美国教师社会情感能力培育以课程学习为起点、以情绪智力为核心、以正念提升为基础、以科学测评为保障,取得了积极成效。我国教师教育可借鉴美国教师社会情感能力培育的有益经验,构建科学化的教师社会情感能力框架,开设多样化的教师社会情感学习课程,营造多元化的教师社会情感能力培育环境,开展本土化的教师社会情感能力测评,从而推动我国教师社会情感能力的提升。The cultivation and development of teachers’social emotional competence are of concern in the United States.States that are designed to address the social crisis arising from emotional and behavioral problems among teenagers and to alleviate the plight of teachers’resignation and drain.It involves five core elements of self-awareness,self-management,social awareness,relationship skills,and responsible decision-making that are integrated in the four supporting environments of classroom,school,family,and community from the perspective of the social-emotional learning framework proposed by the collaborative units for academic,social,and emotional learning.Methodologically,it takes curriculum learning as the starting point,emotional intelligence as the core,mindfulness promotion as the basis,and scientific assessment as the guarantee,achieving remarkable results.It provides good implications and enlightenment for China’s cultivation of teachers’social emotional competence in building a scientific framework of teachers’social emotional competence,implementing diversified curricula for teachers’social emotional learning,creating a pluralistic environment for teachers’cultivation of social emotional competence,and formulating localized measurements and evaluations of teachers’social emotional competence,to promote the development of teachers’social emotional competence in China.
