摘  要:新文科建设是新时代教育强国背景下重塑人文社会科学存在方式的认知革命。在高质量发展与数字化转型语境中,新文科建设面临高等教育的高质量发展、知识生产模式转型、劳动力市场结构性变革三重核心挑战,认知范式、价值取向与系统形态变革重构了新文科生成的本体论基础,也推动了教育追问方式的转型。新文科生成于制度、知识与技术三重逻辑之下,在制度逻辑上,以政策驱动为核心,基于国家战略牵引、组织形态进化、评估范式转换达成对传统学科制度的重构;在知识逻辑上,以学科交叉、问题导向和创新驱动重塑知识生产的学科框架;在技术逻辑上,以信息技术赋能文科教育数字化进程,推动教育基础设施的更新与教学关系的范式转型,以技术约束机制维护技术理性与人文精神的动态平衡。政府、资本、技术之间的耦合机制为新文科建设提供了内在动力,推动系统要素之间的有效整合,共同塑造了新文科的形态特征与实践轨迹,推动新文科建设向实践层面不断深化。The development of the new humanities and social sciences is a cognitive revolution to redefine the role of liberal arts in China’s national strategy to build a leading country in education in the new era.In the context of high-quality development and digital transformation,this initiative confronts three major challenges:advancing the high-quality development of higher education,transforming knowledge production paradigms,and adapting to structural shifts in labor markets.The transformation of cognitive paradigm,value orientation and systemic form reconstructs the ontological basis of the new humanities and social sciences,and therefore drives the shift of educational questioning mode.The new humanities and social sciences are built on the triple logics of institutional alignment,knowledge update and technological support:restructure the traditional disciplinary systems through policy-driven reform based on national strategy,organizational evolution and paradigm shifts in evaluation mechanisms;redefine the disciplinary frameworks of knowledge production through interdisciplinary integration,and problem-oriented,innovation-driven approaches;update the educational infrastructure and pedagogical paradigms by empowering the digital use in liberal arts education based on information technologies,while maintaining dynamic equilibrium between technological rationality and humanistic values with technical regulations.The coupling mechanisms between government,capital and technology provide endogenous momentum for the new humanities and social sciences,integrating systemic elements and shaping their morphological features and implementation pathways.This synergy propels the new humanities and social sciences further in practical application.
