Research Progress on the Formulation and Nutritional Components of Nutritionally Complete Foods for Special Medical Purposes for Children Aged 1-10 Years

摘　　要：收集国家市场监督管理总局特殊食品查询平台公布的已批准注册1~10岁人群特殊医学用途全营养配方食品标签说明书,对产品的配方组成及营养成分特点等进行研究分析。研究表明,不同产品间蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物标签值的分布差异并不明显,平均供能比分别为13.5%、33.0%和53.5%,均在适宜的供能比范围内;蛋白质平均标签值为0.79 g/100 kJ,且优质蛋白质占比100%,亚油酸和α-亚麻酸平均供能比分别为4.5%和0.9%,明显高于GB 29922—2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》规定。大多数产品的维生素和矿物质标签值为GB 29922—2013规定下限的1~3倍;膳食纤维、胆碱、牛磺酸等可选择性成分使用频率较高,氟和核苷酸未被添加。在蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物原料方面,使用频率最高的分别是乳清蛋白、中链甘油三酯和麦芽糊精。The formulation and nutritional characteristics of nutritionally complete foods for special medical purposes for children aged 1 to 10 years approved and registered by the State Administration for Market Regulation were examined and analyzed based on their label instructions.The results showed that there were no signifcant differences in the distribution of label values of protein,fat,or carbohydrates between different nutritionally complete food products.The average energy supply ratios of the three nutrients were 13.5%,33.0%,and 53.5%,respectively,which were all within the appropriate range.The average label value of protein was 0.79 g/100 kJ,and the proportion of high-quality protein was 100%.The average energy supply ratios of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid were 4.5% and 0.9%,respectively,which were signifcantly higher than the levels defned in the General rules of food for special medical purposes(GB 29922-2013).The vitamin and mineral label values of most products were equal to or up to 200% higher than the lower limit specifed in GB 29922-2013.Optional ingredients such as dietary fber,choline,and taurine were frequently used without the addition of fuoride or nucleotides.The most frequently used sources of protein,fat,and carbohydrate were whey protein,medium chain triglycerides,and maltodextrin,respectively.
