摘  要:“酸碱滴定曲线和指示剂的选择”是分析化学课程中酸碱滴定法这章的重点和难点.为此,先以“食用油酸价超标”的食品安全事件为切入点,引导学生利用所学理论知识解决专业问题,并巧设“问题链”组织学生重点讨论酸碱滴定曲线的绘制、滴定突跃范围的计算、指示剂的选择、一元弱酸(碱)直接准确滴定判据等问题,将课程思政教学理念贯穿于专业课教学全过程中,提高学生学以致用的能力,切实培养学生的食品安全意识、哲学思想、团队合作意识、科学素养,以实现“知识传授、能力培养和价值引领”的三维培养目标.充分挖掘无机及分析化学课程蕴含的思政元素,有效激发学生的学习兴趣,取得了良好的课程思政育人教学效果.The“acid-base titration curves and indicator selection”is recognized as both the key focus and most challenging aspect of the acid-base titration chapter in analytical chemistry courses.To address this,the food safety incident involving“excessive acid value in edible oil”was first utilized as a starting point,through which students were systematically guided to apply theoretical knowledge in solving practical problems.A“question chain”approach was employed to facilitate in-depth discussions on key topics,including the plotting of acid-base titration curves,calculation of titration jump ranges,selection of indicators,and criteria for accurate titration of weak acids(bases).Throughout the teaching process,the principles of ideological and political education were seamlessly incorporated,aiming to enhance students'ability to apply knowledge,foster awareness of food safety,philosophical thinking,teamwork,and scientific literacy,and achieve the three-dimensional educational goals of knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,and value guidance.This approach effectively leverages the ideological and political elements inherent in inorganic and analytical chemistry courses,effectively enhancing student engagement and achieving positive outcomes in ideological and political education.
