摘 要:应用型本科教师核心素养的构建机制是中国发展新征程中一个亟待与时俱进的重要议题。在分析教师核心素养的来源与发展基础之上,提出应用型本科教师核心素养的内涵,同时依据产出导向、技术中介、异质同构3个特征,构建应用型本科教师核心素养的生成机制:素养来源上的“学生反推”机制,素养表述上的“场域作用”机制及素养结构上的“技术整体赋能”机制,并进一步分析了各机制的实现路径。The construction mechanism of core competencies for applied undergraduate teachers is an important issue that urgently requires to keep up with the times in China's new development journey.Based on the analysis of the sources and developmental foundations of teachers'core competencies,the connotation of applied undergraduate teachers'core competen-cies is proposed.Meantime,based on the three characteristics of output orientation,technology mediation,and heterogeneity isomorphism,the generation mechanism of applied undergraduate teachers'core competencies is constructed,including the"student reverse inference"mechanism in the source of competencies,the"field effect"mechanism in the expression of com-petencies,and the"overall technological empowerment"mechanism in the structure of competencies.The implementation paths of each mechanism are further analyzed.
