摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展与产业结构转型升级,市场对人才的需求逐步向复合型人才转变。作为应用型技能人才培养摇篮的高职院校迫切需要为国家培养具有高可迁移能力与广泛工作适应性的高素质技术技能型人才。梳理了国家可迁移能力培养与宽口径人才培养的相关导向政策,探讨了可迁移能力与宽口径人才培养内涵,提出以职业发展为载体的人才培养基本原则。结合近年来国家的相关政策和学术研究,探索可迁移能力与宽口径人才培养的实施路径。With the rapid advancement of information technology and the transformation of industrial structures,the demand for talent is increasingly shifting toward individuals with multidisciplinary skills.As a crucial provider of applied skills training,higher vocational education must prioritize the development of high-quality technical professionals who possess strong transferability and broad adaptability to meet the nation′s needs.This paper reviews national policies related to the cultivation of transferable skills and broadly trained talent,explores the concepts of transferable skills and broad-based talent development,and proposes key principles for talent training with career development as the central focus.Drawing on recent national policies and academic research,the paper also examines potential pathways for the implementation of transferable skills and broad-based talent cultivation.
