摘 要:在科教融汇背景下,高职院校以应用为导向,强化科技创新、科学普及和教育改革创新,践行把科学普及放在与科技创新同等重要位置的两翼理论。高职院校的科学普及要聚焦于学生的科学素养和科学精神,致力于实用技术的推广,根植于自身的专业特色和优势,服务于区域社会发展需要,着眼于服务全民终身学习目标。高职院校在科技创新的同时,积极开展科学普及活动,但在价值理念、基础投入、人才队伍、内容形式、体制机制等方面存在困境。高校应树立科普主体意识,健全科普教育体系,打造科普师资队伍,创新科普服务内容和方式,拓展科普服务路径以及完善评估和激励机制,营造全民创新的科学文化氛围,全面参与国家全民科学素质行动计划。In the context of integrating science and education,higher vocational colleges-being application-oriented institutions-play a crucial role in strengthening technological innovation,promoting science popularization,and advancing educational reform.They actively implement the"two-wing theory",which places equal emphasis on scientific popularization and technological innovation.Science popularization in higher vocational colleges should focus on enhancing students′scientific literacy and innovation capabilities.Efforts should be made to promote practical technologies,leverage institutional strengths and professional characteristics,meet regional development needs,and support the goal of lifelong learning for all.While advancing technological innovation,these colleges are also engaged in science popularization activities.However,challenges persist in areas such as value perception,foundational investment,talent development,content and formats,and institutional mechanisms.To address these issues,higher vocational colleges should develop a strong awareness of their responsibility in science popularization,establish a sound educational framework,build a competent faculty,innovate content and delivery methods,broaden outreach channels,and refine evaluation and incentive systems.These measures aim to foster a scientific and cultural environment that supports national innovation and actively contributes to the national strategy for improving public scientific literacy.
