摘 要:目的探讨实习护生情域能力与工作倦怠之间的关系,为帮助实习护生提高情域能力、减轻其工作倦怠提供参考依据。方法2023年7月—2024年1月,采用便利抽样法选取上海市某几所“三甲”医院中的150名实习护生作为调查对象,采用情域能力量表、工作倦怠量表对其进行问卷调查。结果调查对象情域能力条目均分(3.35±0.50)分、工作倦怠条目均分(2.63±0.55)分,情域能力与工作倦怠呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元分层回归分析结果显示,学历、实习时间、是否满意实习环境是工作倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05),情域能力可解释职业倦怠4.2%的变异。结论实习护生情域能力处于中等水平,情域能力越强,工作倦怠感越低,护理管理者应高度关注护生的情域能力,并通过科学的教学方式提高护生的情域能力,缓解护生的工作倦怠感。Objective To explore the relationship between nursing interns'emotional competence and job burnout,and provide reference for helping them improve their emotional competence and alleviate their job burnout.Methods From July 2023 to January 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 150 nursing interns from several Grade-A hospitals in Shanghai City as the survey subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted with the Emotional Competence Scale and the Job Burnout Scale.Results The average score of the survey subjects'emotional competence item was(3.35±0.50)score,and the average score of the job burnout items was(2.63±0.55)score.Emotional competence was negatively correlated with job burnout(P<0.01).The results of multiple stratified regression analysis showed that education level,internship duration,and satisfied with or not the internship environment were the influencing factors of job burnout(P<0.05),and emotional competence could explain 4.2%of the variation in job burnout.Conclusion The nursing interns'emotional competence is at a moderate level,and the stronger their emotional competence,the lower their job burnout.Nursing managers should pay attention to the nursing students'emotional competence and improve their emotional competence through scientific teaching methods to alleviate their job burnout.
