摘  要:目的探究Bas-C-SECI模式在护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群便利抽样法,根据抽样标准,选择2023年11月至2024年2月在四川省成都市某三级甲等医院ICU参加临床实践培训的护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,按照参训时间,将2023年11月至12月的参训者划归试验组,2024年1月至2月的参训者划归对照组。试验组采用Bas-C-SECI模式,对照组采用传统临床带教模式。通过理论与操作考核成绩、学业自我效能感量表、整体临床能力评估工具评估培训效果。结果培训后,试验组的理论和操作考核成绩、学业自我效能感量表总分及各维度得分,整体临床能力评估工具总分及临床照护、专业发展维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用Bas-C-SECI模式对护理硕士专业学位研究生开展临床实践培训,有助于提高其理论与操作考核成绩、学业自我效能感以及整体临床能力。Objective To explore the application effect of Bas-C-SECI model in clinical practice training for master of nursing specialist.Methods The cluster convenience sampling method was used to select master of nursing specialist as research subject who participated in clinical practice training in the ICU of Grade-A hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province from November 2023 to February 2024 according to the sampling criteria.According to the training time,the participants from November to December 2023 were assigned to the experimental group,and those from January to February 2024 were assigned to the control group.The experimental group received the Bas-C-SECI model,while the control group received the traditional clinical teaching model.Evaluated the training effectiveness through theoretical and operational assessment scores,Academic Self Efficacy,and Holistic Clinical Assessment Tool.Results After the training,the experimental group's theoretical and operational assessment scores,total score of the Academic Self Efficacy,and scores in each dimension,as well as the total score of Holistic Clinical Assessment Tool and the scores in clinical care and professional development dimensions,were all higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the Bas-C-SECI model for clinical practice training of master of nursing specialist can help improve their theoretical and operational assessment scores,academic self-efficacy,and overall clinical abilities.
