摘 要:虚拟现实技术的发展使得传统液压伺服实验室在设备管理运行维护、高效利用、推广普及等方面的不足愈加凸显。文章在精准分析实验室不同用户需求的基础上,结合虚拟引擎、三维建模、数据通信技术,开展液压伺服控制虚拟仿真实验室的开发,具体研究虚拟实验室系统框架设计、实验组件设计和交互设计3方面的技术难点;同时,基于传感器实时监测、数据反馈,探究了现实实验和虚拟实现之间的互连关系,实现液压伺服控制仿真实验的虚实同步。所开发的虚拟仿真实验室具有用户自主学习、自主实验、答题测试、功能拓展、数据可视化与数据分析等功能,为深入理解“液压伺服”课程理论知识点、强化液压伺服实验操作及实验推广普及等方面提供了可移植、可拓展的强大工具。With the rapid advancement of virtual reality technology,the limitations of traditional hydraulic servo laboratories in terms of equipment management,operation and maintenance,efficient utilization,and widespread accessibility have become increasingly apparent.The article accurately analyzes various demands from different users in the laboratory.Subsequently,a virtual laboratory for simulating hydraulic servo control is developed,integrating cutting-edge technologies such as virtual engines,three-dimensional modeling,and data communication.Attentions are paid on the design of framework,experimental component and their interactions.Additionally,leveraging real-time monitoring and feedback from sensors,the article explores the correlation between real-world experiments and their virtual counterparts,thereby facilitating the synchronization of hydraulic servo control simulations.Finally,the virtual simulation lab is established with the functions of supporting individual learning,experiment,and exam for users,as well as data visualization and analysis.This platform offers a portable and extensible tool that significantly enhances the understanding of theoretical concepts in“Hydraulic Servo”courses,improves experimental operations,and promotes the accessibility of hydraulic experiments.
