摘  要:青少年作为国家健康发展的基石,是将我国建设成为体育强国的核心力量。高中体育课堂作为培育青少年体育素质的主要场所,是青少年体育素质能否得到科学全面发展的关键。面对当前高中体育教育学专业教学中存在的教学目标泛化、教学评价标准缺乏、教学器材匮乏、教学教师素养较低等困境,该文基于多元智能理论,提出坚持因材施教、制定差异化教学目标;完善评价标准、实施多元化教学评价;改善场地设施、探寻创新型教学模式;健全培训制度、实施专业化教师培训等破解策略。As the cornerstone of the country's healthy development, teenagers are the core force in building China into a sports powerhouse. The high school physical education classroom, as the main place for cultivating the physical fitness of young people, is the key to the scientific and comprehensive development of their physical fitness. Faced with the challenges of generalized teaching objectives, lack of teaching evaluation standards, shortage of teaching equipment, and low teacher literacy in the current high school physical education major teaching, this article proposes to adhere to individualized teaching and develop differentiated teaching objectives based on the theory of multiple intelligences;Improve evaluation criteria and implement diversified teaching evaluations;Improve venue facilities and explore innovative teaching models;Establish a sound training system and implement specialized teacher training as a solution strategy.
