体育人文精神在高校体育教学中的渗透路径研究

摘　　要：体育人文精神在高校体育教学中具有重要的育人功能,关乎学生的身体素质,涉及人格与社会适应能力的全面发展。该文探讨体育人文精神在高校体育教学中的渗透路径,提出通过课程设计、教学方法创新、体育竞赛及社会实践等多维度的策略,将体育人文精神深度融入体育教育中,提升学生的人文素养和体育精神的内化水平。通过因材施教、团队合作、竞争意识的培养,以及社会实践中的体育精神传播,构建全方位的高校体育人文教育体系,推动学生的身心全面发展和社会责任感的提升。The humanistic spirit of sports has an important educational function in college physical education teaching,which is related to students'physical fitness and involves the comprehensive development of personality and social adaptability.This article explores the infiltration path of sports humanistic spirit in college physical education teaching,and proposes multidimensional strategies such as curriculum design,innovative teaching methods,sports competitions,and social practice to deeply integrate sports humanistic spirit into physical education,enhance students'humanistic literacy and internalization level of sports spirit.By cultivating individualized teaching,teamwork,and competitive awareness,as well as spreading the spirit of sports in social practice,we aim to build a comprehensive system of sports humanities education in universities,promote students'physical and mental development,and enhance their sense of social responsibility.
