体育游戏在中学体育课准备活动中的作用分析

摘　　要：准备活动是中学体育课教学的一个重要组成部分,之所以设置这一环节,主要是为了让学生放松身心,保持身心上的亢奋状态。为设计适宜而充分的准备活动,把体育游戏引入中学体育课准备活动中。实践证明:体育游戏使学生全身得到充分的活动,又能激发学生对体育学习的热情,提升学生的综合素质,另外,对学生个性化发展和能力的培养也大有助益。The preparation is an important part of high school physical education class teaching,the main role is to make the students from the physical warm-up,coordination,psychological moderate excitement,appropriate and adequate preparations.The practice has proved that the sports game into the middle school physical activity for:to enable students to whole body obtain full activities can stimulate students'enthusiasm,improve the quality of the students,help the development of students'personality,ability training.
