摘 要:体育舞蹈作为一项集体育、音乐与舞蹈于一体的运动,要求运动员不仅要具备优异的身体素质,还需要具备坚强的心理素质。心理素质是体育舞蹈运动员在训练和比赛中应对压力、保持情绪稳定和自我激励的重要因素。该研究旨在探讨体育舞蹈运动员心理素质训练的方法,主要从心理健康教育、情绪调节训练、自信心培养、专注力训练四个方面进行分析。通过科学系统的训练方法,提升运动员的心理素质,从而在比赛中发挥出最佳水平。该文结合具体案例和训练方法,提出了体育舞蹈运动员心理素质训练的实用策略,为教练员和运动员提供参考。sports dance as a set of sports,music and dance in one sport,requires athletes not only to have excellent physical quality,but also need to have a strong psychological quality.Psychological quality is an important factor of coping with pressure,maintaining emotional stability and self-motivation in training and competition of sports dance athletes.The purpose of this study is to explore the methods of psychological quality training of sports dance athletes,mainly from the psychological health education,emotional regulation training,self-confidence training,focus training.Through scientific and systematic training methods,to improve the psychological quality of athletes,so as to play the best level in the competition.Combined with specific cases and training methods,this paper puts forward practical strategies of psychological quality training for sports dance athletes,which can provide reference for coaches and athletes.
