摘　　要：“学”“练”“赛”“评”作为体育教学的重要因素,其中教学评价更是其中的关键一环,是教学工作的重要组成部分。有效的教学评价能够显著提升教学质量、促进学生的全面发展、引导教师的专业成长。该文基于文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,对天津市高职院校体育教学的多元化评价进行研究。研究发现,在当前天津市高职院校体育教学多元化评价中存在传统评价体系不适宜、单一评价模式不适合、教师评价方法不全面、学生评价方式不完整等问题。对此提出数字赋能、构建多元评价体系;创新发展、引入多种评价模式;职业培训、改进教师评价方法;反馈调整、完善学生评价方式等天津市高职院校体育教学多元化评价体系构建策略。"Learning","practice","competition"and"evaluation"are important elements of physical education teaching,among which teaching evaluation is a key link and an important part of teaching work.Effective teaching evaluation can significantly improve teaching quality,promote students'all-round development and guide teachers'professional growth.Based on the methods of literature research and logical analysis,this paper studies the diversified evaluation of physical education teaching in Tianjin higher vocational colleges,and finds that the traditional evaluation system is not suitable,the single evaluation model is not suitable,the teacher evaluation method is not comprehensive,and the student evaluation method is not complete.Put forward digital empowerment and construct multiple evaluation system.Innovative development,the introduction of a variety of evaluation models;Vocational training,improving teacher evaluation methods;Feedback adjustment,improvement of student evaluation methods and other strategies for the construction of diversified evaluation system of physical education in Tianjin higher vocational colleges.
