摘　　要：高质量教育体系既是筑牢教育强国的稳固基石,又是驱动国家教育事业长足发展的核心引擎。提升老年教育的财政投入效率,不仅是优化教育资源配置的必然之举,更是引领老年教育迈向高质量发展的必由之路。本文聚焦N市下辖的10个区(县、市),运用数据包络分析法(DEA)首先对2023年该市的老年教育财政投入效率进行了深入分析,并通过构建Tobit模型,进一步探讨了影响老年教育财政投入效率的关键因素。研究发现,N市老年教育财政投入效率普遍较低,且各区存在较大差异;从影响因素来看,政府关注度、城镇化率及老龄化程度均对老年教育财政投入效率产生显著影响。对此,需要科学制定教育发展规划、持续优化财政投入结构、改进纯技术和规模效率、建立健全绩效评价体系等,以提升老年教育的财政投入效率,推动老年教育事业的健康发展。High-quality education system is both a solid cornerstone for building a strong education country and a core engine for driving the long-term development of national education.Therefore,improving the efficiency of financial investment in geriatric education is not only an inevitable move to optimize the allocation of educational resources,but also a necessary way to lead geriatric education to high-quality development.Focusing on the 10 districts(counties and cities)under the jurisdiction of N city,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to firstly conduct an in-depth analysis of the efficiency of financial investment in gerontological education in the city in 2023,and further explored the key factors affecting the efficiency of financial investment in gerontological education by constructing the Tobit model.It is found that the financial investment efficiency of senior education in N city is generally low,and there are large differences among districts;in terms of the influencing factors,the government attention,urbanization rate and aging degree all have a significant impact on the efficiency of financial investment in senior education.In this regard,it is necessary to scientifically formulate education development planning,continuously optimize the structure of financial input,improve pure technology and scale efficiency,and establish a sound performance evaluation system,etc.,in order to enhance the efficiency of financial investment in geriatric education and promote the healthy development of the cause of geriatric education.
