摘　　要：高素养大学生是中国式现代化进程中的重要因素,培养和提高大学生就业能力对解决大学生就业问题、促进国家和社会发展具有重要的作用,但当前大学生“难就业”“懒就业”等现象亟待解决。本研究探究了大学生核心自我评价对就业能力的影响机制,引入生涯适应力与专业满意度两个概念,分析两个变量可能存在的链式中介效应。基于对1256名大学生的问卷检验数据发现:大学生核心自我评价可以正向预测就业能力,同时生涯适应力和专业满意度在其中起到链式中介作用。研究进一步提出强化大学生就业能力的建议与举措。基于职业心理学视角,本研究构建了大学生就业能力的影响模型,并为优化大学生择业与就业情况提供了理论参考。High-quality college students are an important factor in the process of Chinese-style modernization.Cultivating and improving the employability of college students plays an important role in solving the employment problem of college students and promoting the development of the country and society.However,at present,the phenomenon of"difficult employment"and"lazy employment"of college students needs to be solved urgently.This study explored the influence mechanism of college students'core self-evaluation on employability,introduced the concepts of career adaptability and professional satisfaction,and analyzed the possible chain mediating effect between the two variables.Based on the questionnaire test data of 1256 college students,it is found that the core self-evaluation of college students can positively predict employability,and career adaptability and professional satisfaction play a chain mediating role.The study further puts forward suggestions and measures to strengthen the employability of college students.Based on the perspective of vocational psychology,this study constructs an impact model of college students'employability,and provides a theoretical reference for optimizing college students'career choice and employment.
