摘　　要：产教融合理念是促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链深度融合的基石。当前,产教融合迫切需要从抽象概念转化为具体实践,摆脱局部、零散的改革模式,迈向全面系统的体系化设计阶段。本文根植于“教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合”的理论指导,依托“教育内外部关系规律”的协同推进,借鉴“知识生产模式转型”的创新发展,通过明确目标设定、规划实施路径、构建保障机制三大核心模块,设计了普通高校深化产教融合的工作框架。此举不仅是驱动教育、科技、人才深度融合,精准对接国家重大战略部署的关键引擎;更期望引领各类高校深化产教融合改革实践,开创错位竞争新局面;同时助推产教融合理念贯穿教育全过程,塑造高等教育高质量发展的新模式。concept to concrete practice,get rid of the local and scattered reform mode,and move towards the systematic design stage of a comprehensive system.Rooted in the theoretical guidance of"combining education with production labor and social practice",relying on the coordinated promotion of"the law of internal and external relations in education",and drawing lessons from the innovative development of"transformation of knowledge production mode",this paper designs a work framework for deepening industry and education integration in universities by clarifying three core modules:goal setting,planning implementation paths,and building security mechanisms.This is not only a key engine driving the deep integration of education,science,technology and talents,but also a key engine for accurately docking the major strategic deployment of the country.It is expected to lead all kinds of colleges and universities to deepen the reform practice of industry and education integration,and create a new situation of misplaced competition.At the same time,promote the concept of industry and education integration throughout the whole process of education,and shape a new model of high-quality development of higher education.
