摘 要:专业学位研究生教育在推动产教融合、培养高层次应用型人才方面发挥关键作用。矿业工程领域产教融合研究生联合培养基地建设策略是,搭建实训、科研和产业孵化等平台,促进教育与产业深度融合,推动产业创新和人才培养。基于专业学位研究生解决复杂工程问题能力培养需求,分析产教融合基地结构组成,提出基地建设四个核心要素:以实践项目为导向的教学、合作企业选择标准、“1+1+N”师资队伍建设、校企之间明确任务分工。这些措施确保学生在基地进行的工程项目能产出并转化为实际应用,实现“产学研协同创新”。从管理机制、建设效果评估、实践考核标准和导师评价考核制度等方面,探讨了保障研究生培养质量、促进基地良性发展策略,以实现人才高效培养。Professional degree graduate education plays a key role in promoting the integration of industry and education and cultivating high-level applied talents.The construction strategies of the joint training base for the integration of industry and education in the field of mining engineering are as follows:building platforms for practical training,scientific research and industrial incubation,promoting the deep integration of education and industry,and promoting industrial innovation and talent training.Aiming at cultivating the ability of professional degree postgraduates to solve complex engineering problems,this paper analyzes the structure of the production and education integration base,and puts forward four core elements of the base construction:practical project-oriented teaching,selection criteria of cooperative enterprises,construction of"1+1+N"teaching staff,and clear division of tasks between schools and enterprises.These measures ensure that the engineering projects carried out by students at the base can be output and transformed into practical applications,so as to achieve"industry-university-research collaborative innovation".In addition,in order to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and promote the sustainable development of the base,strategies are explored from multiple perspectives such as management mechanism,construction achievement evaluation,practical assessment standards,and tutor evaluation system,so as to ultimately achieve the purpose of efficient personnel training.
