日本职业教育工程技术硕士培养路径探析——以东京都立产业技术大学院大学为例

摘　　要：作为技术立国传统的国家,日本工程研究生教育分类发展日益细密,职业教育工程技术硕士项目成为分类培养实践创新型人才的重要途径。以东京都立产业技术大学院大学为例,解析日本硕士层次职业教育工程技术人才培养路径与特色经验:设立多功能学分银行制度,建立职业-能力-课程贯之而分化的培养体系,确保专业教育过程实施伦理教育,创设跨越整学年的PBL教学模式,成立有效产学合作中介组织,推行选修制主导的毕业考核条件,完成与注册工程师认证制度紧密衔接;实施小而专的办学定位,建立开放灵活教育环境,重视课程开发与实施实践性,聚焦工程技术人才终身发展。未来我国可适时构建硕士层次职业教育体系,构建开放职业教育生态,加强工程伦理教育,深化专业认证和工程师注册制度衔接。As a country with a tradition of technological development,the classification of engineering graduate education in Japan is becoming increasingly refined,and vocational education engineering technology masters programs have become an important way to cultivate practical and innovative talents through classification.Taking Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology in Japan as a typical case,deconstruct the training path and characteristic experience of engineering and technical talents in Japanese master's level vocational education.A multifunctional credit bank system,a differentiated training system that connects"profession-ability-curriculum",a PBL teaching model spanning the entire academic year,and an efficient industry university cooperation intermediary organization have been established.Ethical education in vocational education,the graduation assessment conditions led by the elective system,and the close connection with the registered engineer certification system have been implemented.The distinctive feature is to implement a small and specialized educational positioning,establish an open and flexible educational environment,attach importance to the practicality of curriculum development and implementation,and focus on the lifelong development of engineering and technical talents.It is necessary to timely build a vocational education system for master's level engineering talents in China in the future.We need to build an open vocational education ecosystem,strengthen engineering ethics education,and deepen the connection between professional certification and engineer qualification registration systems.
